I never thought I'd say this but I really liked this particular Pomeranian-Chihuahua mix we saw at a Holland Village pet shop yesterday.
It was fluffy and adorable, curious and cautious all at the same time.
I still want a Daschund though.
***** I have been pretty inspired lately by some stories I've read, films I've watched and people I've had conversations with - but none at work, sadly.
***** I really want to go to Club Med Cherating for various reasons: (a) I've never been to a Club Med before and the Cherating one is rated higher than the Bintan one (b) It's next to a turtle sanctuary (c) I've only been to that part of Malaysia once (d) I just want to chill. ***** I realise I haven't been updating lenscape.livejournal.com for eons. I think I must go practise my photography again.

wow, its a village in the heart of an 80 hectare tropical park... should be nice! =)
Oh! Do get a daschund!! :) We have only owned daschunds in our family and we absolutely lurrrve them. Our first dog was a normal sized daschund and after it passed away, my sister bought a miniature one, which is the baby-brat of the household and he gets away with every trick he pulls on us 'cos he's just too adorable. I managed to swindle the husband into agreeing to a daschund for our own place (when we are ready for a dog). Plus the mini sized one means it doesn't need that much running space!
Got pics?
So adorable hor daschund?
Do you know if there are any breeders in Singapore?
this is his latest photo :) He's turning 6 this year. http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a196/dreamsaplenty/WD_20090515_0060-0027.jpgWe bought him from the pet shop at Greenwood (a couple of doors down from the Greenwood Fish Market / Lana cake shop). The owner is a really nice lady whom my mom has known for many years. Personally I don't know of any breeders in Singapore but since our dog is a local breed, I am sure there should be breeders around. You might wanna pop by the pet shop or just ring them up to check cos they may have the contacts? The shop is called Doggy Delight and the owner is called Chris (or Kris). Whatever you do, don't go to the Pasir Ris pet farms! Heard many bad things about those places eg. No QC because they breed in bulk. | |
